Who we work with
We currently work directly with more than 150 leading companies who employ nearly 25% of the UK workforce. We provide impartial, specialist advice on workforce development accompanied by a range of funding support through the Skills Funding Agency.
Our aim is to reduce bureaucracy and complexity, working directly with employers to help them interact with, navigate and influence the skills system.
Our unique service gives all large employers expert, personalised account management through a single point of contact.

BTBT has a long history of developing its workforce through apprenticeships and by working with NES has been able to accredit their existing in-house programmes so staff receive nationally-recognised qualifications.

ServisairAviation company Servisair has doubled the number of learners successfully completing its in-house apprenticeship programmes and has recently been awarded both an ‘Outstanding’ rating from Ofsted and Beacon status by LSIS.
