PSA Peugeot Citroën consists of two strong and clearly differentiated brands: Peugeot and Citroën. Although the two brands have retained their separate identities, they benefit from shared technology, development, assembling and manufacturing facilities assets.

Citroen has held a contract with NES for two years mainly offering automotive engineering apprenticeships. Building on the success of this programme, PSA is now expanding the NES contract group-wide to offer a wide range of NVQs and apprenticeships including vehicle fitting, maintenance and repair.

In June 2008 the company unvelied a new training facility in Coventry, aimed at developing the skills needed for the car industry of the future.
