The new scheme is fully linked with induction and utilises purpose written workbooks linked to the business, online solutions for key skills and the technical certificate. The model is fully embedded and will be entirely delivered by the company. Whitbread’s approach has been successful - recently resulting in an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ranking.

    Whitbread has achieved an ‘Outstanding’ grade for its hospitality and catering training programme following an inspection by Ofsted. The hotel and restaurant group has also been awarded a ‘Good’ overall grade for its skills for life training provision.
