Sharing Expertise: a new era for skills
NES Sharing Expertise events are aimed largely at an operational level and are designed to be a practical and inspiring forum for sharing best practice and networking. This conference outlined some of the new structures and ways of working that the Skills Funding Agency will support and the ongoing work of large employers to simplify the skills system. The afternoon workshops focused on current “hot topic” issues for large employers.
