Past event Knowledge Network: What does embedded training really mean?

We often talk about employers “embedding” training into everyday operations. But what does this really mean, what are the challenges involved and what is the benefit to the business? This Knowledge Network event – led by Sue Husband, National Education Manager, McDonald’s – explored these issues and allowed employers to share and examine their own experiences.

  • The costs associated with a large scale, embedded programme and the return on investment
  • The internal governance of the programme and the establishment of McEdco.
