Ambition 2020: World Class Skills and Jobs for the UK

This UKCES (UK Commission for Employment and Skills) strategy paper focuses on how the UK can survive the recession and on how to achieve world-class standing in employment, productivity and skills in the years ahead. It argues that the UK must reach the upper quartile of the OECD countries by 2020 and shows how this can become a reality.
