Accreditation of training

Some employers have excellent training which is not accredited and need support to provide the assessment and quality assurance framework which gives learners a nationally recognised qualification.

Other employers may use NES support to co-invest in an accredited training programme for everyone who does a particular job, irrespective of whether individuals are eligible for funding.

NES works with large employers to support and accredit this in-house training provision by ensuring it meets national qualification standards.

This not only helps to directly address business needs, but also drives a range of innovations in workplace learning which all employers can learn from.
