Awarding bodies

NES works closely with awarding bodies to map and develop qualifications with large employers.

If a business wants accredited training completely embedded in the workplace, with supervisors acting as assessors, we can help them engage with the awarding body to agree a customised assessment methodology to recognise competence in the workplace, or with the Qualifications and Curriculum Development Authority (QCDA) to become an awarding body in their own right.

MOD, Network Rail and McDonald’s have all gained official awarding body status.
